Cardio-Raquette is a 60-minute interval training workout that combines cardiovascular and muscular exercises. This program is ideal for diversifying your training and enjoying an effective workout that combines the pleasures of winter as well as the benefits of structured, supervised coaching.

How does it work?

This program includes a warm-up, a period of cardiovascular exercise and strength training with a resistance band. Each workout ends with a stretching period.

This program is only offered in the winter. If there is not enough snow in the snowshoe trails, we will do the Cardio-Musculation program.
