How does it work?

Most of the session is devoted to strength training exercises for all muscle groups and ends with a short period of stretching and relaxation. Since the workouts do not involve any cardiovascular period, Plein Air Tonus is an excellent complement to the Cardio-Express program.

This program is not offered in the winter.
