Our Cardio Jogging program allows you to perfect your running technique while improving your physical condition, and is available in three levels: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. Each session kicks off with a warm-up, followed by 40 minutes of outdoor travelling. All of which is complemented by practical guidance and advice on preventing injury and improving technique.
The Beginner level is designed for new runners who want to develop good habits and improve their performance at their own pace. The intermediate level allows regular jogging enthusiasts to gradually improve their technique and cardiovascular endurance. Joggers who want to push their limits with more challenging sessions at variable intervals should join the Advanced group.

Look out for our Express formula, an accelerated version of our regular training program. Although this variation involves a little less muscular training, it gives you the opportunity to stay active despite your busy schedule.
