Ever since I joined Cardio Plein Air, I’ve felt so much better mentally and physically, and I can’t think of any other sporting activity that could possibly be a better substitute. I enjoy being out in nature, being allowed to train at my own pace and being part of a group. I feel no pressure or judgment. In fact, everyone supports each other. And if you wish, you can make the most of every season, each of which brings its own challenges, but above all its own beauty.”
